Explore the fundamental principles of law in England and Wales, as well as international law, on a law degree designed to enable prospective lawyers to obtain the legal knowledge, skills and attributes needed to pursue a career in law. The LLB Law degree has been designed to allow students to engage with the numerous aspects of law, including both the theoretical underpinning as well as practical execution and critical analysis of the law. The Corporate Law pathway will enable you to tailor your studies to obtain specialist knowledge relating to corporate law and practice. By the end of their studies, students on the Corporate Law pathway will have specialised legal knowledge on the formation of businesses and operations within the business, including employment issues, trading laws and protection of intellectual property. You will also have the opportunity to advise clients via the Law Clinic on corporate law issues and undertake an extended piece of research via the dissertation module on a self-selected corporate law topic.Embark on a dynamic legal journey with the Law (Corporate Law) LLB program, opening doors to a diverse array of professional avenues. As a graduate, you’ll be well-equipped to pursue traditional legal roles such as Solicitor, Barrister, Legal Executive, or In-House Lawyer.
