A fascinating degree that draws upon the relationship between Law and Psychology with modules that are of real topical interest.This degree enables the study of all the foundation modules that underpin a legal professional qualification with the opportunity to explore aspects of psychology, examining legal, social, and lifespan developmental psychology. The two disciplines are highly compatible, and you will build skills and experience that open a wide range of professional opportunities. As with all our LLB degrees, you will be taught by experts and you will develop transferable skills such as presenting and problem-solving, further boosting your employability. You can gain a Certificate in Professional Practice by undertaking mini-placements during vacations.This course has been designed for anyone who wants to combine their study of Law with an exploration of Psychology. Psychology at Nottingham Trent University is highly-regarded for its British Psychological Society-accredited teaching. This degree is compliant with the requirements of the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Bar Standards Board for the purposes of professional qualification as a solicitor or barrister in England and Wales. This will be complemented by specialist Psychology modules covering a range of topics.
