Course Summary
This course aims to provide a programme of study that meets your needs if you are a local, national or international candidate, enabling you to learn by the exchange of experience as well as formal academic study. It is designed for recent graduates and those already in employment.
On completion of the course you will be able to demonstrate a range of transferable skills that are necessary for a successful career in your chosen field. It will also enhance your employability prospects, including IT and computing skills, presentation and collaborative team working skills. It offers you the ability to assimilate into multicultural and cross-cultural working teams, self-confidence, reflective practice, problem solving, leadership and decision making skills.
Course Outline
The MSc in Leadership and Entrepreneurship will develop your knowledge of the concepts, principles and theories relating to leadership within organisations. It will teach you how to apply the strategic role that leadership can make within wider organisational context.
This course will also help you enhance the skills required for assessing, developing and critically evaluating entrepreneurial strategies. You will develop knowledge of theories, principles and underlying concepts of management and apply this understanding to entrepreneurial business models and processes in national and international contexts.
