This course will introduce you to key aspects of regulatory framework and provides a focused approach to compliance. You will explore the nature of regulation and its relationship with law, economics and politics the regulation of risk standard setting, compliance and enforcement strategies the issues of accountability and legitimacy the rise of multi-level governance and transnational regulation corporate responses to regulation, compliance and ethics and whistleblowing.
