Teaching and assessment

This LLM is studied by distance learning and you’ll be assessed by problem-solving exercises, coursework and a dissertation. The distance learning mode involves optional attendance at Leicester De Montfort Law School, for a maximum of 10 Saturday study days during the period of study. The course structure allows you to exit at one of several points, if desired, each with a postgraduate award.
