Course summary
The LLM Healthcare Regulation is an innovative, flexible programme that will provide you with an in-depth knowledge of healthcare regulation in practice. This course will explore issues surrounding the regulation of healthcare professionals, healthcare organisations, clinical research, and medicines. You will also be encouraged to ask what happens and why at disciplinary hearings as well as looking ahead to the future of the law and the balance between legal concepts and ethical practice.
