Train to become a solicitor on this master’s-level LPC (Legal Practice Course). An LPC fulfils part of the vocational requirements to qualify as a solicitor, as set by the SRA. Training requirements to qualify as a solicitor This is the full LPC master’s course and forms part of the vocational stage of training required if you wish to qualify as a solicitor. The Solicitors Regulation Authority recognises this course as meeting its training requirements and covering the necessary legal topics. As part of your course, you’ll: Study interactive workshops based on realistic case studies that explore the challenge of professional practice Learn from a team of academic staff who are qualified lawyers with significant professional experience Have a choice of option modules that will enable you to tailor your qualification to your areas of interest Complete an extended written dissertation on a subject of your choice, with support from your tutors, during your Independent Legal Research Project
