Course Details

Explore the key management concepts, theories and models used in coaching and mentoring through an in-depth research project. You will learn to critique and enhance your professional coaching skills through reflexive practice and action learning. You will also hone your understanding of coaching practices to develop your personal coaching profile. You might already be a practising business coach seeking to enhance your coaching methodology and skills, an executive who wants to add coaching to your consultancy portfolio or a human resources director. You will learn to use your skill set and experience as a catalyst for positive change in the workplace. Your supervisor will help you develop your research skills as you carry out an evidence-based research project on a topic linked to your professional practice, expertise or interests. Areas you might choose to focus on include ontological coaching, team coaching or developmental coaching.
