This course is for all levels of leadership, future, aspiring leaders, Middle Leaders and Senior Leaders. The course tackles issues directly related to the current field of national and international education. It challenges you to develop deeper critical thinking around how to meet the needs of policy and the needs of your students and staff. You will work through the process of initiating and driving change at an individual, group and/or organisational level.

You will also learn how to adapt your communication strategies and techniques for developing new behaviours and attitudes. In short, the course aims to equip you with the skills to lead the development of others. You may have already completed National College Leadership courses, which you can use to gain credits towards the MA Leadership in Education. This course is designed to either build on these programmes or stand alone.
