LLM Intellectual Property and Information Law will give you the knowledge and understanding you need to work in this area of the law. You’ll examine development of both Intellectual Property Law and Information Technology Law as distinct areas of legal practice and consider their ongoing reform and development, particularly in light of continuing technological advancements. The wide range of optional modules available to you enable you to tailor your course according to the career path you plan to follow.
