Course summary
Our MBA is a dynamic, contemporary, and practical course designed to produce business leaders for a sustainable future. You'll develop an integrated and critically aware understanding of management and organisations in a global context, assisting you to take on effective roles within them. The MBA - Entrepreneurship pathway will help you develop specialist entrepreneurial and leadership skills, enabling you to generate original, innovative, and impactful solutions to identified social, political, economic, and cultural needs and opportunities across businesses. Our course is flexible and accessible. Full-time students attend during the day while part-time students attend during the evenings so you can tailor your attendance around your availability. Everything on our MBA is geared towards your career development. We're excellently located in London's most exciting region for enterprise, between the major financial institutions of Canary Wharf and pioneering new businesses in Stratford and Shoreditch. We work with different institutions, from Bloomberg to Barclaycard, to bring you cutting-edge insight into the way contemporary businesses are run.Your full-time MBA study programme will feature six core modules designed to provide you with a solid foundation in management, business and leadership. In addition, you may be required to study a compulsory non-credit language module (for those with additional needs) and placement workshop (for those on the placement route). You'll be taught by a range of staff, many of whom run their own practices or work in practice, which ensures that the practice-led research which is disseminated in the classroom, or actually takes place there, is relevant to industry and practice. Within each module is a theoretical component and a contextual/simulation component with the intention that knowledge and skills are always introduced and developed in relation to practical projects. The business magazine, Forbes, has calculated that successful MBA graduates pay back the cost of their qualifications within four to five years on average - with lifetime earnings greatly enhanced thanks to the qualification.Studying for your MBA with us should enhance your employability and earning power and develop your ability to approach business problems in a strategic manner. As part of the course, you'll study a specialised 'Professional Development' module that is specifically designed to help you boost your career prospects and make the most of your MBA in the employment market.
