This specialised MBA offers a Supply Chain Management pathway through the existing contemporary and practical MBA. The way a supply chain functions in its environment is critical to organisation’s strategic objectives. To sustain and improve their competitive position, modern organisations work together with upstream and downstream members in the value chain to provide products and/or services that satisfy their customers' preferences and needs. The aim of this pathway is to develop an in-depth understanding of how supply chain processes and functions are interrelated with business strategy.Develop a critical understanding of major supply chain principles and concepts. Recognise the importance of supply chain relationships and reflect on the role of process integration in supply chain performance and competitiveness. Learn about contemporary key principles, practices, systems, and techniques used in supply chain management.Develop critical thinking skills to assess the impact of supply chain strategies in terms of business trade-offs, corporate social responsibility and organisational values, cost, efficiency, and effectiveness as well as leadership approaches and business ethics.You are able to move from full-time to part-time study and vice-versa to accommodate any external factors such as financial constraints or domestic commitments.
