This challenging Mechanical and Materials Engineering BEng programme combines the design skills of mechanical engineering with the in-depth knowledge of materials engineering, so that, on graduation, you are able to create innovative and cutting-edge designs, which make the best use of materialsYou will be taught by lecturers who are global experts in their field. enabling you to gain strong theoretical and practical skills in Mechanical and Materials Engineering. A level : AAB

A level Mathematics required and one A level from Physics, Chemistry or Design Technology. You must also pass the practical element of any reformed science A levels which include Biology, Chemistry and Physics taught from 2015. General Studies not accepted, but a good performance may be taken into account if you fail to meet the conditions of the offer.
