Overview
Are you fascinated by the way we produce, distribute and consume content?On this BA (Hons) Media and Digital Practice degree course, you'll learn the theory and practical know-how you need to thrive in the world of modern media. By the end of the course, you'll be able to confidently craft your own media and offer expert critical assessment of the content others create.With the skills you'll learn on this course, you’ll be ready for a career in many different fields, both practical and theoretical.
What you'll experience
On this course you'll:- Be taught by specialist staff whose research interests include television, the Internet and interactive digital content- Use professional technology and facilities including Wacom drawing touch screens, a 3D screen, and video recording gear- Learn skills in areas such as web design and music technology- Get to take advantage of our links with some of the biggest names in media and digital practice, such as Sky, the BBC and Avid.

When you finish the course, our careers and employability service will help you find a job that puts your skills to work in the industry.Previous students have gone on to work for big names such as the BBC, Warner Bros and Universal Pictures International.
