In this course you will discover the wide range of opportunities that exist in media production whilst giving you the opportunity to come together to better understand contemporary media production and distribution practices and the resulting network effects driven by social media.This course will offer you an interdisciplinary approach to photography, videography, and editing complemented by specialist modules around content creation that will prepare you for a wide range of media jobs. With the job market always in mind you will have the opportunity to collaborate across creative disciplines to allow for the development of a wide range of transferable skills that employers are seeking. At the heart of the offer you will have the opportunity to develop a skill set that includes working to live briefs, project management and pitching for business.On completion of the course you will graduate with an impressive portfolio of original work which you will have the opportunity to showcase in the creative technologies degree show which evidences to employers that you are ready for a career in an ever-changing digital and technological landscape.Full-time 3 years September
