The Myerscough Motorsport course provides employability skills that help make a team successful and provides an in depth understanding of the sport. We pride ourselves on our extensive Motorsport contacts, with all our teaching staff having experience in the industry.Motorsports is a multidisciplinary subject which involves not only technical aspects, but those of management too. The course stresses the importance of teamwork, planning and actively engages in motorsport events. Students learn the fundamentals of motorsport technology but specialise in the management, marketing and operational aspects of the industry. Students also investigate current industry practices and standards, essential in preparing to join the £9bn motorsport industry. The course covers management techniques and skills required to optimise staff performance whilst understanding the tasks, and terminology that they will use in their employment.
