In modern marketing, versatile skills are essential. Marketers must be sensitive to customers, and understand the importance of brand perception. On this course, you’ll develop your understanding of branding and consumer behaviour and its usefulness for marketing management. Upon graduating, you’ll have a distinctive skillset - perfect for entering a range of rewarding positions.

How you learn

This course has modules in both consumer behaviour and branding, which work to complement one another. It draws upon psychology, branding, consumer culture studies and management — examining the consumer both as an individual, and within certain groups.
