The MSc in HRM (Blended) Top-up is a nine-month programme which aims to develop knowledge, competencies and professional skills that help learners address the challenges facing modern organisations. It is solely focused on the completion of a Masters dissertation, allowing you time to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise around research methods and your dissertation topic.We’re delighted to have teamed up with Acacia Learning to deliver this programme.The programme underlines the importance of practice-based learning and research by enabling you to investigate an HR issue that is located in a real work situation.Edinburgh Napier University has been supporting students to undertake the MSc in Human Resource Management (HRM) for over 25 years. During that time the University has received commendations of good practice from the UK professional body, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), for their innovative and rigorous approach to design and delivery of the dissertation. Our Human Resource Management subject area received 100% student satisfaction in 2019. All of these skills serve to enhance credibility, confidence, professional competence, employability skills and help enhance career progress within the area of HRM.It also aims to develop knowledge, competencies and professional skills that will help you address the challenges facing modern organisations.
