This Masters course will develop your skills to become a successful and impactful HRM professional and prepare you for the challenges of managing and leading in the modern world of work. Our evidence-based, research-led teaching gives you access to the latest thinking in human resource management, business leadership, employment relations, organisational growth and sustainability, and the societal impacts of emerging employment practices.
