This programme is focused on contemporary human resource management (HRM) practice. It's designed to ensure you develop the knowledge, understanding and skills needed to deal effectively, systematically and creatively with issues around people management. HRM is a globally important functional area of all organisations.The programme covers a wide range of HRM strategies, policies and procedures that organisations use to manage employees in both local and global contexts.
