Course summary

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) plays a vital role in health and social care today. This British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) accredited course is delivered by a team of highly qualified psychotherapy and counselling staff from various professional backgrounds.

You will learn how to use CBT creatively and collaboratively with clients, including assessing, formulating, providing interventions, and evaluating your own practice.

Please Note: This programme is not available to applicants requiring a Student Visa.

You will:

  • Explore new developments in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
  • Focus on interventions for clients with conditions ranging from anxiety and depression to personality disorders and schizophrenia.
  • Study on a BABCP-accredited course.

What will I be doing?

Teaching

The course employs blended learning methods, including:
