Project managers are now engaged in a range of organisations and sectors, including manufacturing, the public sector, charities, asset management and utilities companies, finance and health management. Designed both for those who would like to enter this challenging, varied and exciting area, and people who are already involved in project work and would like to take a leading role, this course will give you the necessary skills, insight and practice to become a professional project manager.
