The MSc Project Management was the first of its kind in Wales to be officially approved by the Association for Project Management (APM). Our Project Management course develops a deeper understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of project, programme and portfolio management. It facilitates the essential skills and competences necessary to plan, monitor, control and deliver successful projects. It focuses on developing skills for careers in project management, including both theory and applied aspects, and is mapped against key professional body competencies.Graduates from this MSc Project Management course may: Develop a career in a project management based role or environment, Already work in such an environment but seek to formally recognise their work, Have the knowledge base, organisational and analytical skills to pursue a career as a project or programme manager, portfolio manager, working in a project management office (PMO), or as project administrator or project worker and Have developed applied research skills in order to pursue advanced research study and further professional qualifications.
