Course overview
This course is designed for graduates who wish to pursue a career in organisational settings.
You'll gain skills in research design and planning, statistical data analysis, disseminating research (e.g. conferences, publishing in journals) and how to pursue a successful career in the field.
You'll develop knowledge and understanding of a broad range of topics in organisational settings.
Course summary
We offer a stimulating and challenging environment where you can build on your existing undergraduate degree experience to advance your academic and professional development. You will gain specialised knowledge and a critical awareness of issues in Organisational psychology. Teaching is done through a variety of blended learning and campus-based activities explicitly designed to meet the needs of learners working in a range of contexts.
Our graduates have gone on to a wide range of roles working in different sectors. These include working in the third sector or charities. Others have pursued PhDs and continued their careers in academia. Others have gone on to pursue postgraduate training working toward a professional psychology role.
