Our modules offer hands-on learning and are tailored to the latest industry technologies.You’ll be equipped in core UAS engineering elements, including:System architectureStructuresPropulsionSystemsFlight dynamicsEngineering processesComputer aided design (CAD) Why study with usLearn in our £35m Engineering Innovation Centre with flight simulators and an uncrewed aerial vehicle (UAV) lab. You'll also have access to £3.2m in UAS technology and an off-campus indoor flight test area.Tailor the degree to your interests with set and optional modules taught by research active staff. We have excellent links with industry who are at the forefront of innovation and new technologies. This will provide you with opportunities to enhance your learning through guest lectures and mentoring opportunities.Take part in exciting experiences. This includes flying quadcopter drones and getting a Civil Aviation Authority Flyer ID for outdoor drone and UAS flights.
