Learning from industry insiders, you’ll explore artist management, marketing, recording, publishing and distribution as you develop the skills to scout fresh talent, promote new releases and bring live experiences to fans. With exciting opportunities for collaboration throughout your degree, you’ll produce industry-level projects that will make your graduate portfolio sing.You will:Study in industry-standard, purpose-built facilities that accommodate gigs, recording, rehearsal and businessGain skills in marketing, publishing, live and recorded music projects and project management, through working on real shows and releasesDevelop as a critical thinker, a creative problem solver and a collaborative team playerCollaborate with students including video makers, photographers, fashion and graphic designers, dancers and choreographers from across the UniversityDevelop an understanding of legalities and economics, including contracts and intellectual propertyGain the know-how to emerge into industry as an innovator, either within an established business or as a go-it-alone entrepreneur
