Working closely with our BMus (Hons) Popular Music Performance, this course sharpens your expertise in studio production, composition, sound design, and live sound-foundations for a successful musical career.This course immerses you in recording, mixing, mastering, and creating music for diverse media, from video games to film sync. Purpose-built facilities mirror real-world industry environments, offering state-of-the-art resources such as a performance auditorium, cutting-edge recording studios, a 24-hour rehearsal room, and soundproofed live rooms-everything needed to bring your vision to life. You’ll also have access to industry-standard software and hardware, ensuring you graduate with the tools and skills that reflect current professional practices.Guided by expert lecturers, you’ll master technical skills and gain creative insights for success as a music producer. Through hands-on projects, hyper-real simulations, live pitching opportunities, and interdisciplinary collaborations, you’ll gain invaluable real-world experience.
