BSc (Hons) Occupational Therapy prepares you to support people of all ages to live meaningful, independent and healthy lives. You’ll explore how physical, psychological and social factors affect everyday activities, and how occupational therapy interventions can promote wellbeing, recovery and participation.This course is designed for students who want to become a registered occupational therapist, combining academic study with extensive practice learning to prepare you for professional practice in health and social care settings.

You’ll build a solid foundation in occupational therapy, while gaining professional skills valued across health and social care sectors, including assessment and intervention planning, therapeutic communication, evidence based practice, clinical reasoning and reflective practice.Modules offered can vary each year but may include:
