Course summary
St Marys Universitys 100% online MBA with Organisational Psychology deepens your knowledge of economics, cost-based decision making, corporate financial management, operations, marketing strategy, organisational management, corporate planning and more. In our digital classroom, you will apply the theories you learn to real-world workplace challenges, collaborate and work effectively in teams across and within functional areas, enhance your communication skills, sharpen your critical and analytical thinking, deepen your ethical decision-making in business contexts, and proactively anticipate rapidly changing business challenges in a global economy.
The organisational psychology specialisation comprises three courses designed to provide you with insight into how psychological theories and approaches can be leveraged to give businesses a competitive edge. You will deepen your knowledge in organisational psychology in key areas including individual and team dynamics, employee wellbeing and engagement and more, as well as learn how to develop, design, deliver and evaluate workplace training programmes. You will also learn the psychological dynamics of leading and following and how to devise strategies based on psychological theories and evidence.
