Course Overview
The purpose of BTEC Higher Nationals in Creative Media Production is to develop students as professional, self-reflecting individuals able to meet the demands of employers in Creative Media Production and adapt to a constantly changing world. The qualification aims to widen access to higher education and enhance the career prospects of those who undertake them. designed to support progression into relevant occupational areas or on to degree-level study. These pathways are linked to Professional Body standards (where appropriate) and can provide professional status and progression to direct employment.
Assessment Method
Teaching on the course is provided by a team of highly qualified staff who are experienced in their respective fields. Teaching methods include lectures, seminars, tutorials, practical media production workshops and library-based study.

A level :
The minimum entry qualifications for the programme are: 32 UCAS Tariff Points: This must include one full 6-unit award (GCE A2 or equivalent_x000D_ at A- level). 4 GCSE grades A* to C (or equivalent), and/or 9 to 4 (or equivalent) in subjects such as Maths and English, however students may be required to have GCSE English for articulation on to degree programmes.
