This course is part of our Initial Teacher Education (ITE) and is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to become an effective and inspiring primary school teacher. Upon completion, you will gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), enabling you to teach in schools across the UK. The programme covers teaching across all primary age groups, ensuring a broad understanding of the primary curriculum. You will engage in both university-based learning and practical school placements, where you will develop the ability to plan, teach, and assess effectively across a range of subjects. Throughout your placements, you will receive guidance and support from experienced mentors who will help you grow as a teacher.
