Course summary
Our Microfluidics and Microengineering research is concerned with the development of novel microengineered devices, biodetection systems and turnkey microfluidics-enabled systems. Our unit has a dedicated clean room and laboratory facilities with some state-of-the-art equipment. Our research is supported by government agencies and industry.Our PhD programmes enable students to develop specialist research skills and knowledge. We aim to provide PhD projects that will challenge and in some cases even inspire our students. If you are self-motivated and want to improve your ability to understand and solve engineering problems, then a PhD with us may be right for you.
