Course summary
This research includes the design of clinical trials in all specialties, modelling disease with an interest in the effect of genetic factors, with a particular interest in musculoskeletal conditions. Also included is the derivation and validation of models for predicting the probability of an outcome, with a particular interest in the survival of trauma, stroke and cancer patients, and research into the statistical aspects of nutritional screening. International students can't study part time at Keele. They are only eligible for full time study.
