Course summary
A Philosophy and Mathematics degree at Southampton provides you with an opportunity to explore fundamental and far-reaching issues while developing advanced skills in reasoning, logic, and analysis. Some of the greatest mathematicians have been philosophers, and vice versa. This programme builds on the special relationship between these subjects, not least in our dedicated Philosophy of Mathematics module. We also offer many opportunities to take modules outside your main degree subjects and to study abroad.
