Our MSc draws on expertise from the Science Policy Research Unit (SPRU), which is one of the world’s leading centres of research on science, technology and innovation policy and management. You’ll also have opportunities to engage with mentoring, networking, talks and guest lectures. On this course, you will: develop effective approaches to complex projects consider how to identify and mitigate risks by develop risk management plans explore ways to foster innovation and resilience at operational and strategic levels harness design thinking to enhance project outcomes with creative reasoning build your skills in advanced project management techniques, going beyond the traditional ‘planning and control’ approach.
