- This course is ideal if you are interested in applying psychology to a wide range of professional contexts, but do not wish to pursue a postgraduate career further as a professional psychologist. - It is designed to open the door to many opportunities for you beyond the traditional path, for example pursuing careers in human resources, marketing, social services, education, user experience or health care, where an understanding of human behaviour is key. - You will gain a sound knowledge and understanding of all the core areas of psychology with the chance to focus your studies on topics you are most interested in.


What you will learn

This course offers you a thorough grounding in academic psychology. You will explore various aspects of human behaviour, examining how we learn, remember, coordinate actions, and interact with others. You will gain insights into how psychology enhances our understanding of the mind and the connection between the brain and behaviour.


How you will learn

You will be taught in lectures and seminars that are designed to help you successfully link critical analytic thinking and psychology. You will participate in discussions, presentations and group and project work. In your final year, you will also be able to collaborate closely with expert academic staff to develop an independent theoretical dissertation. You can study this course full- or part-time. You can also choose your own timetable for the core/compulsory modules
