Course summary
Curious about what drives people, shapes economies, and powers societies? Hult’s unique PEP program gives you the tools and core human skills to explore how minds, markets, and governments interact. Whether you want to go into business, influence public policy, or change the world in the non-profit sector, this program will equip you to lead with purpose. The core of your Psychology, Economics and Politics (PEP) program gives you the foundational knowledge you need. Each term, you’ll apply what you’ve learned in your courses to a new core challenge. At the end of your studies, you’ll bring everything together in your capstone project, as a final demonstration of your abilities.
What Makes Us Stand Out1. Behavior-centered understanding of the worldAt the crossroads of human behavior, decision-making, and systems of power, this program gives you a deep understanding of what drives people-and how those choices shape societies, economies, and governments. You’ll explore how individuals and groups think, act, and influence one another, gaining the tools to navigate and lead in a complex, ever-evolving world
2. Graduate with the ability to have real-world impactWhether solving policy challenges alongside civil service experts, designing experiments with business leaders or partnering with charities, you’ll build insights that matter through hands-on experience, right from the start. You’ll dive into issues that matter-climate policy, AI ethics, social innovation-and sharpen your communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills as you address them.
3. Skills for the FutureFrom stakeholder negotiation to data storytelling, you’ll gain critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills-reinforced through coaching and feedback throughout your journey.
4. Global perspectives for global impactOn campuses with over 150 nationalities, every conversation is a new perspective. You’ll learn to turn diversity into your advantage-collaborating, debating, and building solutions that work across cultures.
5. Interdisciplinary by designSolutions to the world's most complex and interconnected problems won't come from a single specialism or subject. We need a holistic understanding of complex problems.
