Improve athletic performance and well-being by getting to know the human experience with our Sport Psychology degree. Under a scientific lens, you will explore key factors affecting sports performance, such as- anxiety, self-confidence, motivation, concentration, and sport injuries. Our four-year degree programmes (including a foundation year) provide an alternative route to undergraduate study at university if you do not have the grades to access higher education in the traditional way.
