Throughout the course, you’ll engage in projects and assessments that simulate real industry scenarios, helping you develop your sense of identity as a real estate professional. You’ll also gain a deeper understanding of the roles within various disciplines and specialisms, including general and commercial property management. These activities provide valuable insight to support your real estate and property management degree.

Our BSc (Hons) Real Estate & Property Management course is part of the School of Built Environment, Engineering & Computing. This means you can take advantage of our relationships with local, regional, and national employers, which could lead to valuable real estate internships and jobs in property management. The school is home to the Centre for Knowledge Exchange (CKE), an enterprise hub that connects our university with the regional built environment sector. The CKE hosts seminars, workshops and events, providing opportunities to meet industry experts. You’ll be able to make connections to enhance your knowledge of the workplace and prepare for life after graduation.
