How you learn
All our courses are designed around a set of key principles based on engaging you with the world, collaborating with others, challenging you to think in new ways, and providing you with a supportive environment in which you can thrive.
On this course, you’ll look at how the life-cycle of real estate is core to the wider economy, the environment and society. Property performance influences not only financial returns, but also wellness, mental health, accessibility and inclusivity.
You’ll be part of Sheffield Hallam’s ambitious developments at the heart of the city — and watch the progress unfold.
Throughout the course, you’ll work with industry figures on a range of exciting real-world projects, and you’ll usually undertake a placement year in a real estate firm or an allied organisation.
You’ll cement your practical experience with applied learning in the classroom and across the city — obtaining the theory you need to practice.
