Based within UCL's world-leading The Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment, this intensive course combines rigorous academic training with practical market applications. Unlike traditional surveying courses, we emphasise quantitative methods and analytical reasoning. Starting with the microeconomic foundations of property markets, you'll progress through advanced econometric techniques, portfolio theory, and alternative data analysis. Our curriculum integrates programming, financial modelling, and spatial analytics-skills increasingly demanded by investment funds, PropTech firms, and advisory practices. You'll tackle live challenges: Do rising energy prices worldwide have a negative impact on the office market in London? How do ESG factors impact commercial property yields?
