As a physics teacher, you will share your knowledge and enthusiasm with secondary school pupils and promote an interest in science. Begin your training at Greenwich.Greenwichs Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) prepares you to become a science teacher at secondary school level, specialising in physics. Colleagues will share research-led experience to support the teaching of physics in secondary schools You will focus on addressing the needs of pupils aged 11-16 and beyond, working alongside experienced trainers from the Institute of Physics, who can provide ideas on engaging students in science.You will also develop your expertise, practical knowledge, and theoretical understanding of science and whilst with us, you will develop your teaching skills, learning how to address the needs of secondary school pupils at Key Stage 3 and 4. Our lectures delivered by experts in their field will help you widen your individual skills, expertise, and background knowledge in your subject specialism. We'll build on your natural flair, so you successfully engage with young students.
