Support the aspirations of the next generation with a degree that allows you to explore curriculum, learning, teaching and how to inspire young people – while focusing on Computer Science as a subject specialist.Taught over two years, this accelerated route towards a PGCE or teaching role will help you understand children’s and young people’s development, as well as exploring relevant research, policy and practice. You’ll see the theory brought to life through visits to a range of diverse learning environments, and have invaluable learning opportunities through guest lecturers and professional practice observations.As a Computer Science specialist, you’ll explore the topics relevant in school today, helping ready you for a career in the classroom.
