Our MSc Social Work is a professionally accredited, two-year full time conversion master's degree allowing you to develop the practical skills and knowledge you need to play a crucial role in improving people’s lives.

Professional recognition
This MSc is accredited by the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC). Upon successful completion of the Postgraduate Diploma (PgDip) component of the degree, you are eligible to apply for registration with the SSSC or other social work regulators throughout the United Kingdom. Students will be encouraged to complete the full Master's when they successfully achieve the PgDip as this will optimise long-term employability and career flexibility.
