OverviewStudy human life in all its cross-cultural complexity with the combined disciplines of sociology and anthropology. 100% of graduates employed or in further study six months after graduation (Latest, DLHE, 2017) Study abroad opportunitiesExperienceYou’ll explore a broad range of issues faced by modern societies, and understand the importance of cultural diversity in our rapidly changing world. Join graduates who have gone on to careers in government, education and research.Our students develop their knowledge and skills in research methods, including, quantitative and qualitative research, and theoretical approaches. Understanding different perspectives in sociology and the relationship between individuals, groups and institutions.You’ll have the option to specialise by studying modules in, archaeology, criminology, collective action and social change, migration, and ethnography of food and culture. With the option to study abroad for a semester in Brazil, Canada or China.
