Do you work with children and young people who have special educational needs and disabilities? If so, this two-year foundation degree can both enhance your current practice and lead to career opportunities. This course considers the voice and needs of the child or young person. You’ll study developmental theories, legislative frameworks that govern practice, multi-professional perspectives and working with families and carers. This course enables you to combine academic study with work-based learning and is delivered at three partner colleges so you can study close to your workplace and/or home.
