**Overview**Sport and Exercise Psychology equips you with the theoretical knowledge and the practical skills associated with the study of the ‘mind-body interaction’ in sport. The course has been developed to give you an understanding of the role of psychology within sport and exercise, across both team and individual sports and at different levels of competition and participation.
