Course summary
You’ll develop skills in managing sports events, facilities and people, as well as capitalising on business opportunities in this dynamic industry. You’ll gain experience through professional placements, students have recently worked for Ironman UK, Gloucestershire FA, Mark Johnston Racing, Gullivers Sports Travel as well as for sports businesses in the USA, Australia and New Zealand. You’ll also build your industry understanding through sports practitioners in lectures with recent guests including professionals from The Football People, Cricket South Africa, Gloucester Rugby and Aspire Sport and Cultural Trust.As a Sport Business Management graduate, you’ll be equipped with a unique blend of business acumen and sports industry expertise, opening doors to a wide array of exciting career opportunities.
