Course summary

COURSE OVERVIEW

The world-leading Erasmus Mundus Master in Sport Ethics and Integrity (MAiSI) is a 2-year full-time postgraduate programme that is delivered by six prestigious European universities, including Swansea University.

Each year, the course attracts up to 25 high quality students from across the globe to form a truly multinational and multicultural cohort with a wide array of experience and skills, from both within and outside of the sports industry.

YOUR SPORTS ETHICS AND INTEGRITY EXPERIENCE

Your training will enable you to identify ethical issues, engage in moral thinking, and translate decisions into moral actions – the three core skills required to develop sports integrity.

You will develop an ethical mindset and a set of transferable skills that are key to addressing value and integrity issues facing sporting federations and bodies such as national Olympic Committees and Paralympic Committees.

Placement opportunities available within advisory bodies, federations, policymakers and commercial organisations will prove valuable to your experience.

SPORTS ETHICS AND INTEGRITY EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

The MAiSI graduates will benefit from opportunities to undertake practical placements within the partner’s extensive network of advisory bodies, federations, policy-makers and commercial organisations, as well as from extensive international collaboration and training opportunities.

Our career support services include:

  • Employability workshops, employers’ talks, bespoke events and careers fairs
  • Individual advice and guidance from professionally qualified Careers Advisers
  • Help with finding jobs, internships, work placements and volunteering opportunities
  • Access to information resources on a wide range of career management topics
  • Funding to support student internship opportunities and Student Society/Club events.
