On this course you will develop knowledge and practical skills across a broad range of topics leading to Associate Membership of the CIPD. After graduating, with relevant work experience you can apply to upgrade your membership to Chartered Member or Chartered Fellow.

Students who successfully complete this course will be eligible to apply for Associate membership of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Associate is the first level of CIPD professional membership and entitles you to use the designation ‘Assoc. CIPD’ after your name. This course has been validated in line with the new CIPD profession map and the level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management.

We are a long-established CIPD Approved Centre and links with the West Yorkshire CIPD branch offer continual professional development events, additional networking, advice, mentoring and updates from the profession.
